These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "Terms", "Agreement", or "T&C") govern the relationship between six66 (hereinafter "six66", "the Platform", "we", "us", or "our") and any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the six66 platform available at six66.cam (hereinafter "User", "Member", "you", or "your").

By completing registration on the six66 platform, depositing funds, placing a wager, or otherwise using any service offered by six66, you unconditionally accept these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the six66 platform.

six66 operates as an internationally licensed online casino and sports betting platform. By using six66, you acknowledge that online gambling is regulated in your jurisdiction and that you bear sole responsibility for determining the legality of online gambling under the laws applicable to your personal circumstances.

2.1 Age Requirement

Membership and use of the six66 platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are aged 21 years or older at the time of registration. six66 enforces this requirement through mandatory CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) verification conducted before any real-money play or withdrawal is permitted. Providing false age information constitutes fraud and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances held in the account.

2.2 One Account Per Person

Each individual may hold only one registered account with six66. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. six66 reserves the right to close all associated accounts and withhold any balances therein pending investigation. Bonuses or promotional credits received through multiple accounts will be forfeited in full.

2.3 Registration Requirements

When registering with six66, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC, your Pakistani mobile number in +92 format, a valid email address, and your CNIC number. You further agree to keep this information updated and accurate at all times. six66 may request documentary evidence to verify any of the information provided during registration or at any subsequent point during your membership.

2.4 Jurisdictional Eligibility

six66 primarily serves Pakistani players and is designed with the Pakistani market in mind. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of six66 is lawful under the legislation applicable to your location. six66 makes no representation that the use of the platform is legal in all jurisdictions and expressly excludes liability for any use of the platform in a jurisdiction where such use is prohibited.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your six66 account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time PIN (OTP) codes issued to your registered mobile number. You must not disclose your account credentials to any third party under any circumstances.

4.1 Accepted Deposit Methods

4.2 Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for your most recent qualifying deposit, unless six66 compliance determines otherwise in writing. six66 targets a withdrawal processing time of under 30 minutes for standard requests; however, additional time may be required where KYC verification is outstanding, where a withdrawal triggers an enhanced due-diligence review, or during periods of exceptional volume.

4.3 Anti-Money Laundering

six66 is obligated to comply with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) and know-your-customer (KYC) regulations. six66 may request documentation to verify the source of funds deposited into your six66 wallet at any time. Failure to provide requested documentation within the stipulated timeframe may result in the suspension of withdrawal facilities.

six66 offers bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing members from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published at the point of offer, including applicable wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum qualifying deposit, and expiry period. The following general principles apply to all six66 bonuses:

• Bonus funds are held separately from real-money funds in your six66 wallet until wagering requirements are satisfied.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the time period specified in the individual bonus terms; bonuses that expire unmet will be removed without replacement.

• Bonuses are non-transferable and hold no cash value independent of the wagering requirement being met.

6.1 Market Settlement

Sports betting markets on six66 — including PSL cricket, ICC international series, football, basketball, tennis, and UFC — are settled in accordance with the official result as declared by the relevant governing body. six66 reserves the right to void markets where the official result is overturned after initial settlement, or where the integrity of a result is called into question by the relevant sporting authority.

6.2 Live In-Play Betting

In-play bets on six66 are accepted subject to the live odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. Bets placed during any system or connectivity delay are accepted at the odds at the time of server receipt. In the event of a significant disconnection that affects market integrity, six66 reserves the right to void affected in-play markets. Ball-by-ball markets on cricket will be settled using the official scorecard as the authoritative source.

6.3 Maximum Payout Limits

Maximum payout limits per market, per day, and per event are published within the six66 sportsbook interface and are subject to change. In the event that a bet is placed exceeding the published maximum, six66 will pay out to the limit and void the excess stake, which will be returned to the member's six66 wallet.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the six66 platform. Engagement in any of the below may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of balances pending investigation:

• Use of automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with six66 games or markets in a manner that provides an unfair advantage.
• Collusion with other members, including deliberate chip-dumping in poker-style games or coordinated betting strategies intended to manipulate market outcomes.

• Registering multiple accounts whether in your own name or in the name of another person, including a family member, with or without their knowledge.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, six66 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the six66 platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

six66's total aggregate liability to you in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to your six66 wallet in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

six66 does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access to the platform and shall not be liable for any loss caused by downtime, maintenance windows, third-party infrastructure failure, or force majeure events including but not limited to internet outages, acts of God, or governmental actions.

six66 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the six66 Privacy Policy in full. The Privacy Policy describes what personal data six66 collects, why it is collected, how long it is retained, and what rights you hold in respect of your personal data.

six66 processes personal data for the purposes of account management, payment processing, regulatory compliance including AML and KYC obligations, responsible gaming monitoring, fraud prevention, and — where you have provided consent — marketing communications. six66 does not sell personal data to third parties for commercial marketing purposes.

six66 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where an amendment materially affects your rights, six66 will provide advance notice of not less than 14 days by displaying a prominent notice on the six66 platform and, where practicable, by sending a notification to your registered email address or Pakistani mobile number.

Your continued use of the six66 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept any amendment, you must cease using the six66 platform and close your account before the effective date. The version of these Terms currently published at six66.cam/terms-conditions is the version in force for all active members.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which six66 holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved informally through the six66 customer support process shall be referred to binding arbitration administered under the rules of the relevant arbitral authority in the licensing jurisdiction.
